Well, today was a horrible horrible day..I was late for work. I'm never late for work. the reason I was late for work is because I got a speeding ticket...ouch..I didn't need that at all. I'm just freaked over it..So then the whole day was used up working on the new computer system set up..I have so much to do I barely had time to go to the grocery store..I also had physical therapy too. My shoulder is great but my rib is aching..

I have a real anger issue with seeing any sheriff cars or cop cars..I can't believe I got a ticket..I'm just so angry!

My eats for the day = without the times cuz I just didn't have the mind for it today.

coffee

1/4 protein waffle, 3/4 small nectarine and sf pancake syrup

double espresso latte

24 oz herb tea with splenda

1 oz mozzarella cheese, 1 pc ham deli meat

24 oz drink mix with ice, non-caffeinated

24 oz drink mix with ice, caffeinated

1 hard boiled egg

part of my lunch: 1 can of tuna, 2 cups lettuce, 1 medium tomatoe and 1 oz zesty italian dressing

I never did finish this..I'll get a chance to fini**** Friday

24 oz drink mix with just alittle ice left, caffeinated

snack before dinner: 1/2 oz honey roasted peanuts - call it a whole ounce

Dinner: 4 oz tilapia, 1/2 cup mashed potatoes, 5 broccoli flowerettes

Now I'm sipping on a nice tall iced tea with splenda

Totals for the day:
Calories: 1442
Fat: 71.7
Carbs: 79.9
Protein: 129.9

Those are great numbers..all because of tuna and tilapia..tomorrow I'm eating the rest of that salad but I'll count it just as salad with the left over tilapia instead of any tuna that might still be in it..
