Morning meeting that lasted all day. I hope I contributed some intelligence to it..I consumed enough caffeine to be at least awake!
My eats:
5:30 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
5:45 am 1/4 protein waffles, 1/2 small apple, SF pancake syrup
6:15 am the rest of my coffee
6:30 am double espresso latte
7:00 am 24 oz herb tea with splenda not all of it but most
8:20 am 1 oz cheddar cheese, 1 pc ham deli meat
9:00 am 24 oz drink mix with ice, Crystal Light Energy Strawberry Caffeinated
10:00 am 1 hard boiled egg
10:30 am 24 oz iced coffee latte
12:30 pm most of a salad: 5 oz chicken breast grilled, 2 cups romaine lettuce, 1 medium tomato, 1 pineapple ring, balsamic dressing
1:30 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, Crystal Light Lemon Iced Tea
3:45 pm the rest of my salad
4:30 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, GV Liquid flavor Cherry Limeade
5:15 pm 1 oz honey roasted peanuts
6:15 pm 4 oz pork chop broiled, 8 onion rings
