AH, back to work..not happy about it but with bills to pay...I'm okay with working.

My eats:

5:00 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss

5:30 am 1/4 protein waffles, 1/2 small apple, SF pancake syrup

6:00 am double espresso latte

7:00 am 24 oz herb tea with splenda not all of it but most

8:00 am 1 oz cheddar cheese, 1 pc ham deli meat

9:00 am 24 oz drink mix with ice, Wyler's Tea/Lemonade

10:00 am 1/2 egg burrito from the weekend.

10:45 am 24 oz drink mix with ice, GV Energy Strawberry Caffeinated

1:00 pm 4 oz chicken breast stewed with cheese sauce from last week and some tortilla chips and salsa..

2:00 pm 24 oz Drink mix with the rest of the ice, Propel Berry No color

3:20 pm the rest of the chicken..probably 2 more ounces..a whole cup of chips total.

4:00 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, Crystal Light Energy Peach Mango

4:30 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, Hawaiian Punch Orange

6:00 pm 3.5 oz grilled steak, 1 small baked potato and 1 tablespoon tub margarine

Totals for the day:
Calories: 1717
Fat: 84.0
Carbs: 106.2
Protein: 134.3

Those are good numbers. No bad snacking..lots of protein..I even have a hard boiled egg I can have later if I really think I need a snack before bed..I don't think I will but I might..tomorrow: Salad..with probably tuna.
