Happy Memorial Day..Thank a veteran for their service any time you see one..we do!

Today is the last day of my four day weekend and I did next to nothing all day..but I ate okay. We went in to breakfast and to fill up my car..did just a tiny bit of shopping and came home where I took a short afternoon nap too. I still have a sore rib. While trimming limbs yesterday I bruised it so it's sore..

My eats for Monday:

coffee with NSA Swiss Miss

breakfast: 1/4 protein waffles, 1/2 small apple, 1/2 serving sf pancake syrup

24 oz iced tea with splenda

second breakfast: 1/2 egg burrito without hashed browns and some coffee at our favorite place..they know what I want and how I like it..;)

24 oz plain water with ice,

24 oz drink mix with ice, Crystal Light Lemon Iced Tea

24 oz iced tea with splenda

lunch snack: 8 home made onion rings..my hubby made these and they were to die for..yummy

24 oz iced tea with splenda

dinner: 5 oz grilled chicken breast on a medium sized flour tortilla with 2 oz of mozzarella cheese and salsa

Fat: 83.1
Carbs: 92.5
Protein: 110.7

Not bad.. I could have just eaten the chicken without the tortilla but I had the room for the carbs even with all those onion rings! I'm probably going to sleep pretty good after all those carbs!

Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!
