We had a lovely vacation..well, mini vacation. Drove 300 miles spent the night, had some fun, drove home..But it was lovely..If you're in California and have the time..visit Jamestown and Sonora and be sure and stop at Railtown 1897..very fun stuff..

My challenges were to get enough water, which I didn't for the last two days..and get enough protein, which for the last two days was questionable..I didn't bother to check..So here I am today!

My eats today:

Breakfast: 1/4 protein waffle (made fresh today) and 1/2 small apple and about 1/2 serving of sf pancake syrup

double espresso latte with plain soy milk (while doing housework and cleaning..and staging my meals for the week.

24 oz Iced tea with splenda

Lunch: 4 oz chicken breast baked, 1 oz cheddar cheese, 1 cup (at least) romaine lettuce, 1 medium tomato (well, most of it) and 1 oz ranch dressing

snack: 1 oz cheddar cheese (I'ma cut up some mozzarella later today for the next week and get some turkey breast deli meat out too!)

Dinner: 1/3 lb lean ground beef patty on a sandwich thin with spicy brown mustard..yum..and 3 potato wedges deep fried..yum too.

I'll have another tea I figure..I don't know about any dessert but I have room for it..just dont' have any more sf wafer cookies..they're on my list for Winco though..

All in all a pretty good day. I got a bunch of loads of laundry done..alittle yard work (very little..I clipped a couple of dead branches on my apple tree..) I didn' t vacuum but I could..just wanna keep something for tomorrow..
