Accountability - Thursday
Still smarting over the cell phone ticket I got yesterday..boooo! Hubby says he's gonna pay for it but it's gonna be more than he thinks..I found out they will add $140 in Penalties..they add $28 for ever $10 of the ticket for penalties..booooo again!
My eats:
5:00 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss (got out the camping coffee pot and made it that way!)
5:30 am 1/4 protein waffles, 1/2 small apple, SF pancake syrup
6:00 am double espresso latte (Oh boy this was good this morning!)
7:00 am 24 oz herb tea with splenda not all of it but most
8:00 am 1 oz cheddar cheese, 1 pc ham deli meat
9:00 am 24 oz drink mix with ice, Crystal Light White Grape
10:00 am part of the pork chop I brought today..with the bone 7 oz..figure 5 oz of pork chop
11:30 am 24 oz drink mix, I forget what flavor!
12:30 pm the rest of that pork chop
1:30 pm iced coffee latte..24 oz with the ice too
3:30 pm 1/2 small pear, 1 Tablespoon peanut butter
4:30 pm 24 oz water with ice
6:00 pm dinner was crock pot chicken cooked with cheese sauce and broccoli and carrots..

Road trip tomorrow..we're headed to Jamestown to see the Railway 1897 Historical park..you know the train they used on Petticoat Junction and Green Acres..and in Back to the Future? Well, it's there! Whatever..I'm ready for the open road even for just a day or so..
My day was packed full of stress. I think that's why I have that stinkin rash..stress..We'll see how I feel Sunday when I'm home again..I did alright with my food!
