Accountability - Tuesday
Sorry I'm late..had an emergency last night. First the internet wouldn't connect because of high winds moving the dish and then the power went out completely..didn't come back on until 8 am today (14.5 hrs!) that's a long time without television or internet! LOL..couldn't even find a battery radio to listen to local updates either. Whew..back to the 21st century!
My eats on Tuesday:
5:30 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
6:00 am 1/4 protein waffles, 6 medium strawberries, sf pancake syrup
6:30 am double espresso latte with soy milk
7:00 am 24 oz herb tea with splenda
8:00 am 1 oz cheddar cheese with 1 slice low fat ham deli meat
9:00 am 24 oz drink mix with ice, GV Metabolism Peach Mango (orange seems to work better than red..go figure!)
10:30 am 1/2 egg burrito without hashed browns
11:30 am 24 oz drink mix with the rest of the ice from the GV above, Crystal Light Lemon Tea
12:40 pm 24 oz drink mix with alittle ice, Wyler's Light Tea/Lemonade
1:40 pm 1 can light tuna water packed (drained) 1/2 cup mashed potatoes, 1/2 cup canned peas, 1 T ranch dressing
2:30 pm 24 oz iced coffee with soy milk
4:00 pm 1 hard boiled egg
4:30 pm 24 oz drink mix with alittle ice,
5:15 pm 4.75 oz tilapia, 4 broccoli flowerettes
7:00 pm 2 servings of sugar free wafer cookies and before bed, a 24 oz container of water with no flavor
Totals for the day:
Calories: 1776
Fat: 84.0
Carbs: 127.6 (those sugar cookies)
Protein: 140.8
Still, not bad as percentages go..alittle high in all the columns..
