Accountability - Wednesday
I woke up early but I'd checked on the power several times..Got ready for work with no power, interesting! At least I matched! LOL..on to work where I'm taking a test for the next step up..Hoping one of my co-workers gets it cuz I like where I am and want them OUT! LOL..AND I got a ticket for talking on the cell phone driving home from the stupid test..ouch!
My eats:
5:30 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss (got out the camping coffee pot and made it that way!)
6:00 am 1/4 protein waffles, 2 tablespoons peanut butter and 1 tsp (I think, it was dark when I put it on there) sf imitation honey
No espresso this morning!
7:00 am 24 oz herb tea with splenda
8:30 am 12 oz coffee with splenda and sf creamer
10:15 am 1 hard boiled egg, 1 medium grapefruit
11:00 am 24 oz drink mix with ice, GV Metabolism Peach Mango
12:30 pm 4 oz chicken breast (baked) 2 cups romaine lettuce, 1 medium tomato, 1 oz balsamic dressing
1:30 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, Crystal Light White Grape
2:30 pm 24 oz iced coffee with splenda and soy milk
4:30 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, No flavor
6:30 pm 3 pieces of thin crust meat pizza..
