Accountability - Monday
Got up super early today..got to work early too.. I thought I was suppose to be in a meeting but it turns out I wasn't..so I tinkered with the system we're learning now and looked around a bit..We'll see what happens when it's up and running but the learning curve on this is going to be horrible!
My eats:
4:30 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
5:00 am 1/4 protein waffles, 6 medium strawberries, sf pancake syrup
6:00 am double espresso latte with soy milk
7:00 am 24 oz herb tea with splenda
8:00 am 1 oz cheddar cheese with 1 slice low fat ham deli meat
8:45 am 24 oz drink mix with ice, Wyler's half/half Lemonade/Ice Tea
10:30 am my whole lunch..4 oz chicken breast (baked) 2 cups romaine lettuce, 1 medium tomato and 1 oz italian salad dressing
12:50 pm 1 hard boiled egg
1:30 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, Propel Berry (no color or caffeine)
2:00 pm 24 oz iced coffee with creamer and splenda
3:30 pm 24 oz drink mix with no ice..all melted..I drank a packet of the new Lipton Honey and Strawberry Acai flavor..it's HALF sugar..so I got a whole gram of sugar in a 2 gram serving..I love strawberry but really worry about the sugar.
4:15 pm 1 oz honey roasted peanuts, 3 sf wafer cookies (cuz dinner won't be done soon).
6:00 pm 6 oz of pork chop..and not much else! I served myself up some mashed potatoes and took only one bite..and some canned peas..again..one bite..I'll count it as 1/4 cup for both of them..I took 8.25 oz of pork chop and the bone that was left was 1.75 oz left..so that's 6.5 oz.

Protein: 134.0
now those are weird numbers. I think they're okay though. How did you do?

I got a great nights sleep but was hecka hungry on monday! I even commented on how much i was carbing out. Somehow I managed to stay clsoe to my alloted cal count... i THINK that is... honestly, i cant even call it. i ALMOST avoided tracking & posting b/c i just KNEW i had hit something 2500 cals, but figured its for my own benefit so why not...

LF cheese stick
5 ritz crackers
Lunch -
ground beef burrito w/ beans, rice, onion, cheese & cilantro
this thing was so huge, i had to eat it in 4ths, which essentially lasted me the entire day. at about the 1/2 way point, i scraped out the rice & just ate the meat.cheeese/onion.
16oz tea
Dinner -
2 sm chicken legs (fried)
1/3c mashed potatoes
1/2c green beans
8oz CL
