Accountability Friday
Another busy day..it's getting pretty bad when I forget to send my list with times home cuz I'm too busy..Looks like next week is gonna be more of the same..
My eats:
coffee
waffle, strawberries, sf pancake syrup
double espresso latte with soy milk
24 oz herb tea on the drive in to work
1 hard boiled egg
24 oz drink mix with ice..not caffeinated
1/2 egg burrito with no hashed browns
24 oz drink mix with ice..wyler's peach tea..I actually started to drink some decaf iced coffee but apparently the soy milk has turned so it all got tossed.
24 oz drink mix with ice (can't remember if this was before or after the shopping excursion..)
an apple with peanut butter
24 oz drink mix with ice, hawaiian punch Orange on the drive home
dinner: 9 oz (with the bones) pork spare ribs from left over..and 3 sf wafer cookies..a couple bites of cole slaw..figure 1/2 cup possibly
totals for the day:
Calories: 1948
Fat: 131.8
Carbs: 103.0
Protein: 102.1
wow..full of fat today..the majority of it was from the ribs. Still..I have a cup of herb tea waiting for me..I think that's it for the day.

Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!
