I didn't send my list with times home but I did keep track of all that I ate..on fitday. I didn't keep track of the amount of walking I did today either..just no where to clip the pedometer on my dress! But I did walk at least alittle. I went shopping on my lunch. I actually got away from my desk! The weather is amazing this week..

coffee

protein waffles with strawberries and sugar free pancake syrup

herb tea (24 oz)

hard boiled egg as a snack

24 oz drink with ice, crystal light white grape..no coloring

lunch: 6 oz stewed chicken breast, 3 medium carrots cooked

while shopping I had a half a container of cold water but no flavor in it at all

24 oz iced coffee (well, 12 oz of coffee with a half cup soy milk and the rest was ice)

no snack in the afternoon..

24 oz drink mix with ice, Hawaiian Punch, Green berry

24 oz drink mix with ice, Hawaiian Punch, Orange

snack: 3 sugar free wafer cookies

Dinner: 2 cups cooked cabbage with 1 cup spaghetti sauce with meat and 7 meat balls

Totals for the day:
Calories: 1734
Fat: 87.5
Carbs: 107.6
Protein: 138.9

Not bad at all..pretty darn good. now the spaghetti sauce has tons of sodium in it..I'll need to drink some more water. I'm keeping the left over coffee for iced coffee and staying away from my caffeine packet drinks..we'll see if that helps the rash.

How did you do today?
Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!

Your numbers look great! Ive never thought of cooked cabbage w/ spaghetti sauce... that actually sounds kinda good - i might have to try that since i dont do so well w/ spaghetti.

My eats turned out to be more than I thought once i was done tracking everything...

There's also a recipe for making cheese crackers..parm cheese sprinkled in a small circle and roasted..I saw it somewhere like Rachel Ray or Alton Brown..I never tried them but they are out there. I figure it cooks up like my almond florentines (which I can't even eat!)

I know how those numbers are high for protein..fish!. shrimp, tuna..all that fish stuff is really high in protein and low in calories and fat. that's so why I love tilapia and tuna..well, i love shrimp too..and with ****tail sauce for dipping? I can't think of anything better as a snack!

Being married to an italian guy I sometimes have to have spaghetti..it's been some time. He's figured out that it's the pasta that fills him up so we've been away from it from a while..but I had a half a small head of cabbage left in the fridge from making cole slaw..it was time to eat it...When we have had spaghetti in the past, I've had him grill me up a burger patty and then I put some of the spaghetti sauce on it with parm cheese and eat it with a fork..it gives me the taste of spaghetti but none of the white carbs. I dont' really like whole wheat pasta much..it's always too chewy and still fills me up too much to be worth it.
