I decided to go in late today..a meesely 1.5 hrs late but it helped! No cold air in my ears so I felt much better..But I should have stayed home..I'm exhausted now!

My eats:

6:00 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss

7:00 am 1/2 egg burrito with no hashed browns

7:30 am double espresso latte with soy milk

8:30 am double espresso latte with soy milk

9:00 am 24 oz herb tea with splenda-Celestial Seasons Vanilla Chamomile

10:00 am 1 oz cheddar cheese, 1 pc ham deli meat

10:45 am 24 oz drink mix with ice, GV Strawberry with no coloring

12:00 pm 1 hard boiled egg

1:30 pm 24 oz drink mix withthe rest of the ice..Wyler's Peach Tea

2:30 pm lunch: 1 can tuna packed in water, drained, 1 cup salad greens, 6 broccoli flowerettes, 1/3 of a cucumber and 1 oz balsamic vinegar dressing..

3:30 pm 24 oz drink mix with no ice, GV Energy Pomegranate Lemonade Caffeinated

4:30 pm 24 oz drink mix with alittle ice, Propel Zero Berry

6:30 pm 1/4 lb burger with processed cheese on a sandwich thin (with spicey brown mustard) and 9 french fries (give or take..)

Totals for the day:
Calories: 1498
Fat: 73.4
Carbs: 87.9
Protein: 128.3

For a day where I really wanted to just stay in bed, I did better than most days..all my vitamins and then some..all my water and then some (ready for more this evening!) and I even walked over a mile and a half! How is that even possible? Oh well, I'll take it!

Well - after looking it over, i guess i really DIDNT eat as much as I thought... this is good - ive been on a good roll for a couple of weeks now... even though i didnt do the 5DPT & the lemonade diet as planned - i can still get to that. Now i just need to jump my butt on that elliptical.

Breakfast:
20oz coffee
8oz protein shake

snack:
3 slices turkey meat
16oz tea

lunch:
mixed greens salad w/ carrots, onion, & a hard boiled egg
16oz tea

snack: 
9.6oz projoe protein drink

2nd snack:
ritz crackers & rondele cheese garlic spread

dinner
3/4c 15 bean & ham soup (which was more water than anything)
2 slices cracked wheat toast w/ peanut butter

Totals:
Cals - 998 
Carbs - 84
Protein - 77
Fat - 38
