Well what a journey I have been on!  239 at highest, RNY in '05, down to 150, had 2 babies, up to 170ish, developed an infection and an addiction to painkillers, back down to an unhealthy 134.  90 days of rehab later I was back up to 177.  That was 6 months ago, and I am back down to 160-162 but I am just pissed off to be dieting.  Salads, protein shakes, and veggies are getting old.  I guess I just wanted to vent.  I sure wish the weight melted off like it did post-op!

Mini Gastric Bypass on 11/29/10
I replyed to your post about the 5 day pouch tes on my other blog then I saw this one.t.  I believe you will find the recipes are great.  There are soups like pumkin and sausage, Ham and Cheese. There are  Fish, Turkey, Chicken and Beef recipes as well.  So you can mix it up so you will not feel like you are dieting.

The goal of the 5 day pouch test is not to lose weight ( I bet you will) but to get your pouch to srink and to get off carbs.

I left a website link on the other post take a look read the information on the site and see what you think.

If you don't mind let me know how things are going.
