My eats:
5:30 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
6:00 am 1/4 protein waffles, 1/2 medium apple, 1/2 serving sf pancake syrup
6:30 am double espresso latte with soy milk
7:00 am 24 oz herb tea with splenda-Celestial Seasons, Ginger
8:30 am 1 oz cheddar cheese, 1 pc ham deli meat
9:30 am 3 strawberries, 1/4 banana with 1 oz sour cream sauce
10:30 am 24 oz drink mix with no coloring (well, not red coloring anyway) Crystal Light White Grape
11:15 am 4 oz chicken breast baked, 1 cup cole slaw, 1/2 cup canned corn
1:00 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, Crystal Light Energy Peach Mango Caffeinated (it just had to be done..I'm falling asleep at my desk!)
2:00 pm 24 oz iced decaf coffee with 1/2 cup plain soy milk and splenda
4:00 pm 1 oz honey roasted peanuts
4:45 pm 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
6:15 pm low carb meat loaf (eggs, bbq sauce, garlic powder, onion..) , 1/2 small baked potato without the peel..1/2 medium corn on the cob, roasted (both the sides are left over from the bbq on Saturday).
Totals for the day (ouch!)

Yeah..not my finest..I know I could do better. But, trying to be positive, the carbs were good carbs, the protein was good protein, dense and low fat..
I really talked myself into staying at work today cuz I thought I could call in sick tomorrow until my boss came to my desk asking if I had therapy tomorrow..nope..well, great! We need to go over the checking account to get it ready to post into the new system..yikes. I don't know how in the world she reads my mind and knows when I really don't wanna be at work! But I'll get to bed early tonight and maybe call in late tomorrow but still be there for the account meeting in the afternoon..

I wasnt feeling yesterday at all either. I was HELLA tired from a super restless tossy turny night , but thank goodness i managed to barely eat anything yesterday. almost didnt make it in the forum this morning to record my eats - but here they are...

the rash seems to get better when i cut the caffeinated drink mixes out..even better when I cut the red colored ones out..I'm not sure. I hate to have to give up my caffeinated drinks..I have tree nut allergies and I'm really careful about those..the first thing I feel with those is a scratchy throat and then hives..then I know I'm in trouble! I do have celiac in the family tree so that's always an option but it doesn't get worse from the waffles (flour based)..or burritos (flour based tortillas)..just when I *sometimes* drink the drinks with caffeine..it might be the red color too cuz it doesn't seem to be as bad with orange color..I don't know. I'm stabbing at straws here..argh!
You did really good. Water is tough to get, it's a habit worth building..If you think of it as a habit, you can build up times when you just naturally reach for water..like driving, or walking, or sitting at your desk..in the kitchen..watching television..I get thirsty now when I start up the car!
