Accountability -Sunday
As Sundays go this was a pretty good one. I have more detail today than I did yesterday..and I did better too. First I had all my vitamins (took the last bit of my calcium and D just now..) Church and got to go out to dinner..I went to an all you can eat seafood buffet..and it was good.
Okay, eats for Sunday:
coffee
breakfast: 1/4 protein waffle, some of the fruit salad from yesterday and sf pancake syrup..(actually just apple, not really the salad)
espresso latte with soy milk
24 oz iced tea with splenda
24 oz water with the rest of the ice from the tea
2nd breakfast: 1/2 egg burrito without hashed browns
24 oz ice water
Lunch: 1/4 lb burger on a sandwich thin with spicey brown mustard
24 oz iced tea
24 oz iced coffee
double espresso latte
1/2 deviled egg from yesterday (made with parm cheese and italian salad dressing instead of mayo..interesting and YUMMY)
24 oz ice water on the way to dinner
Dinner (here's where it gets interesting!) I tried steamed whelk (didn't like it but brought home the shells for the hermit crabs), 4 cooked shrimp (steamed), 1 breaded and fried shrimp, 1 crab leg, 3 oz salmon fillet, 3 pot stickers, 1 cheese mussell, 2 pc orange chicken..

Calories: 1578
Fat: 76.3
Carbs: 98.6
Protein: 129.8
I did pretty darn good today..yesterday I ate way bad..
