Accountability - Thursday
Busy day..didn't even have time to walk to the other buildings! I don't feel like I accomplished all that much either..but I did go out to lunch with two of my girlfriends..that was nice! I don't do it often but when I do, I have to be careful that I don't over eat..that's hard for me to do cuz I'm too busy talking and joking around..
My eats:
5:30 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
6:00 am 1/4 protein waffles, 5 medium strawberries, 1/2 serving sf pancake syrup
6:30 am double espresso latte with soy milk
7:00 am 24 oz herb tea with splenda-Celestial Seasons
8:40 am 5 large strawberries, 10 chunks of pineapple and 1/2 cup nf cottage cheese
9:30 am 24 oz drink mix with ice, Hawaiian Punch Orange
10:30 am 24 oz drink mix with the rest of that ice..no flavor this time..
12:00 pm out to lunch with two girl friends! Soup Plantation: 4 oz cooked chicken breast (in the noodle soup!) 2 cups salad greens, 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms, 1 ounce low cal honey dijon dressing..part of a cup of albondigas soup(mexican meatball..good stuff!) and some sugar free chocolate mousse stuff with non-fat frozen yogurt (figure a 1/4 cup of both)..
2:00 pm 24 oz iced coffee w/plain soy milk and splenda
3:00 pm 1 hard boiled egg
4:00 pm 24 oz ice tea from instant with splenda
4:30 pm 24 oz iced coffee w/plain soy milk and splenda
6:00 pm 1/4 lb burger with processed cheese on lettuce leaves with spicy brown mustard..I have cleaning to do for this weekend so I'm still working hard..I've already walked over a mile today and hardly left my desk!

I like those numbers..I think I did pretty good..good carbs, lots of protein..and the night is still young..I have plenty of cleaning to do for our barbecue tomorrow..

Just wanted to say Hi to you. I will try to post my foods. I am a lurker alot. I do slip up alot. I just had the rest of my teeth pulled out yesterday So I am on pureed and liquids. I am now 144 pounds.

You are more than welcome! You know that..Yeah for no more donuts but it sounds like you need to eat as much as you can..just less of the bad stuff..
