I was just thinking about that *creature of habit* thing today..I eat the same things over and over..cuz they're good and they give me the right results..but it's (at least from the outside) boring and not what people see as "all things in moderation" either. It does make it easier to calculate my intake cuz all I have to do is go to recent things eaten and re-check those things..over and over.

I don't want to get to the point that if I eat anything different, it's gonna throw me for a loop but it sometimes does..even slightly. I think what I need is to go off line for a week and see if I can stay sane..Not like I want to cuz familiar is comfortable.

Oooo..Love sushi..my daughter and I went to a sushi place for her birthday last year, I think..it's great protein..LOVE fish. I'm playing with the idea of going to an all you can eat sea food place for Mother's Day..I'd be like a kid in a candy store for sure!

You have done superb this week with protein..and your carbs have been good too..you could even have more cuz you do need them for fiber..no one wants to be constipated for Mother's Day..just sayin..LOL.

Keep up the good work..See ya.
