Accountability - tuesday
For a Tuesday and waking up late I sure got alot done..I didn't, however, get my waffles madethis morning so it started out that I was cranky..hubby offered to make them but..no that would be worse than making them later I think. I had my second breakfast first and couldn't even fini**** It's hard to find a spot to take my calcium without having caffeine with it..darn it..I'm gonna have to work harder on that! AND I walked 2 miles today..
My eats:
5:30 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
6:00 am 1/2 egg burrito with no hashed browns.
6:30 am double espresso latte with soy milk
7:00 am 24 oz herb tea with splenda-Lipton Vanilla Berry something!
9:00 am 6 medium strawberries
10:00 am 24 oz ice coffee, including 1/2 cup plain soy milk
11:45 am 4.5 oz porkchop on a salad of 2 cups romain lettuce, 1/2 medium tomato, 1 oz lite caesar dressing
1:30 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, GV Strawberry non-caffeinated and no coloring either. Took one calcium and a D
2:40 pm 1 hard boiled egg
3:30 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice. I got creative with this one..2 packets of Sweet n Low and 2 packets of True Lemon - took another calcium and another D.
3:45 pm 24 oz drink mix with the same ice..I figure I only had part of a 24 oz container before because I didn't let the ice melt, this time, 1 packet of sweet n low and 1 packet of True Lemon..better!
4:30 pm 24 oz water with alittle ice..Last calcium and D.
5:00 pm 6 sugar free wafer cookies before dinner
6:00 pm 1/3 lb burger with pepper jack, on a sandwich thin with alittle caesar dressing..
totals for the day:
Calories: 1723
Fat: 95.6
Carbs: 110.3
Protein: 116.9
mmm. I guess I'm alright with these numbers. didn't do too bad but I'm pretty sure I could do better..I made my waffles tonight and did my exercises for my shoulder. I'm really tired..more tired than I should be. Not sure why but I'm going to bed as soon as the sun is down..maybe 20 more minutes..

I think im having a breakthrough of my own of some sorts. I changed up my intake a bit & as such have been consuming less calories & more protein. The little victory is in seeing the scale move again :)

im not sure if the ground beef is included in the numbers for the 1c cheesey skillet so i added it in.
It may be extra, but thats ok. i need to wean myself off the ritz crackers **ugh**

I have to say that I've had a breakthrough too! I've cut back on the Crystal Light sorts of drinks cuz I do believe at least the caffeinated ones are causing my bad ra****'s possible that they're causing internal rashes or stuff like that too cuz I cut it out for the last four days and lo-and behold..this morning that crummy 3 pounds is GONE..I'm sitting at 129.8 this morning where I've been as high as 133.6..The rest of the world would say I'm nit-picking but seriously! I didn't go through major surgery and a complete lifestyle change to screw this up..
