Milestone last night! Over 3 years out!
I have always been fairly flexible, I used to dance and tumble as a child. Now, I have been doing yoga as my main form of exercise because I wanted my flexibility to be back in full swing. Well, last night I thought, "you know what I haven't tried in a few months? A split!" Last time I was about 2 inches off the ground. So I streched for about fifteen minutes to get my body ready. Lo and behold I can do a full split! I was so happy I smiled the rest of my night!
