Accountability - Monday
Monday..a slow and quiet Monday..The weather is awesome though and I did get some walking in..and some shopping too.
My eats:
5:30 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
6:00 am 1/4 protein waffle, 4 strawberries, 1/2 sf pancake syrup
6:30 am double espresso latte with soy milk
7:00 am 24 oz herb tea with splenda-Lipton Vanilla Berry something!
8:30 am 1/2 cheese quesadilla, 1/2 scrambled egg and 4 asparagus spears
9:30 am 24 oz water with ice..no flavoring. I'm not seeing any difference in the rash I have..it has to be something else!
10:45 am 24 oz ice coffee w/soy milk and nsa swiss miss (oh, and splenda)..I just need the caffeine from the 12 oz of coffee!
1:00 pm 3 oz tilapia, 1 cup cabbage, 1/2 medium tomato, 1 oz sour cream sauce
2:00 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, GV Strawberry (no color and no caffeine)
2:30 pm 24 oz ice coffee w/nsa swiss miss (actually 12 oz coffee and the rest is ice)
6:30 pm 4 oz stewed pork chop, 3 slices potato also stewed, and 3 sf wafer cookies
Totals for the day:
Calories: 1384
Fat: 73.1
Carbs: 94.7
Protein: 99.4
Actually, not too bad. I walked 1.5 miles and did pretty well. I have stuff to do this evening (making my waffles for the week and all)..

Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!

WOO HOOO what a nice weekend!! Had my carpets cleaned so the man child & I completely emptied out the living room. that was amazing b/c he's actually strong enought to help me move furniture now. HIGH 5 at a job well done!
I also finished reading book 2 of the hunger games. I dont read much AT ALL ****il very recently), but i plowed through that in just 5 days! Im craving book 3 now lol
TMI ALERT!!!
Last thursday i had an "explosive" reaction to something - call it the stomach flu or something - IDK but i was stuck in the bathroom at work for a half an hour trying to clean myself up enough & rearrange my shirts so i could make it through the office to my purse/keys & back out tot he car & HOME. Straight into the shower!!! Almost like i'd been doing that lemonade diet, but i hadent started it yet - CRAZY & mortifying & awful & embarrassing & EVERYTHING!!!

1c mixed greens salad w/1 hard boiled egg (really wasnt feeling that)
2nd lunch -
1c clam chowder soup (wasnt feeling that either...)

angus beef patty w/ 2 slices of cracked wheat bread
