My 9th Surgiversary!

WOW, it seems like a lifetime ago, but 9 years ago today I was in surgery for RNY Gastric Bypass at New Hanover Hospital in Wilmington, NC. I became what my surgeon referred to as his "poster child" for gastric bypass, and even while I was still losing, went on to lead his support group. I was even interviewed by the local television station about my experience. Those were some heady days back then. Then after achieving my long-awaited goal weight and remaining there with ease, we moved away from Wilmington and the support that I received -- as much as gave -- to that community. New house, new town, new job, no gastric bypass support community and fast-forward another 6 years and I'm up 60 lbs from my lowest weight. How could this happen, I would repeatedly say to myself. Well I know how it happened: My appetite returned, along with the old cravings; and I lost sight of the behaviors that worked to keep me at my goal weight. So yes, I do claim much of the responsibility for the regain. But last Spring, I happened upon something that would turn my life around -- HCG homeopathic drops (through Omnitrition). Six months later I was down 50 lbs. Then in February-March of this year, I lost the other 10. I'm back to my goal weight and determined to stay there this time. I'm so grateful to Omnitrition and the good friend who turned me on to it. I will not abuse this gift I've been given of a second chance!

 First congrats on 9 years and 2nd on losing the regain! What is HCG? And where would I find them? I have 40 to get rid of after a battle with Reactive Hypoglycemia.
