Today was a really good day..we went to breakfast early and to the semi annual flea market..walked and walked..
my eats for the day:
coffee w/nsa swiss miss
breakfast: 1/2 a cheese quesadilla and 1/2 scrambled egg
3 24 oz containers of water..plain water
Snack: 1 hard boiled egg
1 hot dog..1/4 lb beef with the bun..
2 24 oz containers of iced coffee
dinner: 5 oz tilapia taco..on a flour tortilla
snack: 3 sugar free wafer cookies
totals for the day:
Calories: 1479
Fat: 84.9
Carbs: 99.0
Protein: 84.9
All day..2 miles. not bad..I'm okay with that anyway.
