Accountability - Friday
Well, I went to work anyway..I was busy busy busy..I also bought myself a pedometer and for half the day my number of steps was over 3/4 of a mile! Wow..I move around alot for a desk job..who knew? I was more than ready for a margarita tonight with dinner..We took hubby dear to Black Angus for his birthday tonight. Happy Birthday to HIM!
My eats:
5:00 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
5:30 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
6:00 am 1/4 protein waffle, 4 strawberries, 1/2 sf pancake syrup
6:30 am double espresso latte with soy milk
7:00 am 24 oz herb tea with splenda-Lipton Green Tea
8:00 am 1 oz mozzarella cheese, 1 pc turkey breast deli meat
9:15 am 24 oz drink mix with ice, Hawaiian Punch Orange
10:45 am part of my tuna salad: 1 can water packed tuna, drained, 1/2 medium cucumber, 1/4 cup chopped broccoli, 1/2 cup chopped pineapple, 1T bacon bits, 1 oz lite caesar dressing
11:30 am 24 oz drink mix with ice, Hawaiian Punch Green Berry Blast
12:30 pm the rest of that salad
1:30 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, Crystal Light Energy Strawberry Caffeinated
2:45 pm 1 hard boiled egg
3:30 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, Wyler's Peach Tea
4:30 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, GV Energy Cherry Limeade
Plenty of room for a steak dinner at Black Angus! only barely 800 calories so far..Woo Hoo!
5:15 pm 1 oz cheddar and 1 pc turkey breast deli meat to tide me over till Black Angus
7:00 pm after about 3/4 of a yummy margarita, 6 oz top sirloin, 5 grilled asparagus spears, 3 onion rings..yumm! I'm stuffed..but the birthday boy got his free dinner, we tried just about every side dish and got to taste each one (cuz we got different ones) and had a ton of left overs AND a nice birthday cookie (that looks more like a chocolate chip PIE than a cookie) and it was still WARM..we let our son take it with him to his friend's house when we left for the weekend.
So at 8:00 pm I'm having more water for sure!
