Last night after posting I actually got 25 minutes on the wii..2 rounds (3 minutes each) on the step aerobics and twice on the hula hoops..the rest was yoga except for one exercise in strength training..I put the balance board on top of a step used in step aerobics so it makes it even more advanced..

Sinuses are letting me down today..headache when I went to bed last night and headache as I woke up this morning..NOT FUN..I managed to start a chicken breast marinating this morning..I bought it at a sale yesterday $1.47 a pound for boneless skinless..and in the over 7 lb pack were 6 half breasts..I tell you these chickens were as big a medium sized TURKEYS! wow..

My eats:

5:30 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss

6:00 am 1/4 protein waffle, 4 strawberries, 1/2 sf pancake syrup

6:30 am double espresso latte with soy milk

7:00 am 24 oz herb tea with splenda-Lipton of some kind..Passion Fruit and Coconut

8:30 am 1 oz mozzarella cheese, 1 pc turkey breast deli meat

9:00 am 2 small pieces of crustless quiche that a friend brought in to work.

10:45 am 1/2 breakfast burrito without hashed browns from last weekend..Yup, cleaning out the fridge!

11:30 am 24 oz drink mix with ice, Wyler's Lemonade

12:30 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, GV Liquid Energy Cherry Limeade Caffeinated

1:45 pm salad: 3 oz ground beef cooked, 1/4 cup nf cottage cheese, 2 cups salad greens (romaine) and 7 grape tomatoes with balsamic dressing..yum..

2:30 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, Hawaiian Punch Berry Limeade Blast

3:45 pm 1 hard boiled egg

4:30 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, Hawaiian Punch Orange

5:15 pm 3 sugar free wafer cookies to tide me over till dinner is ready..

6:00 pm 4.25 oz baked chicken breast, 5 broccoli flowerettes

Protien: 132.3

Not bad. Not bad at all. The headache is at bay right now but it's still there. I can feel it. I may have to call out tomorrow because of it..I literally have *eye trouble* with a sinus headache..

Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!
