Accountability - Saturday
I actually got on the wii today..I bought batteries and got on the wii..the scale said I weighed 135 pounds today and I'm confused on where the hell I've put on 10 pounds..where? My pants are even more loose then they were..Am I putting on muscle? How am I doing that? sheesh..
Okay, rant over. eats for today:
coffee about 5:30
not my normal breakfast: 3 eggs, 3 sausage, 1 oz cheddar cheese, salsa
24 oz drink mix with no ice, not caffeinated
1/2 of a Bacon Avocado Burrito at Denny's..wow! This was great. Spicey and really tasty. No hashed browns so I had to back those out of the total for the meal..otherwise a whole one would have been 1000 calories!

hard boiled egg sandwich on a sandwich thin and a slice of processed cheese
double espresso latte with plain soy milk

nap..yeah, a nap! laundry loads (2) and vacuuming, cleaning the stove top and some wii
a bison burger (1/4 lb with a slice of pepper jack cheese and a bit of barbecue sauce on romaine lettuce leaves) this was totally awesome..LOVE pepper jack and que sauce on this..very tasty!
some strength training and aerobics (3 minutes of step TWICE!)
the rest of that gatorade..24 oz total..I may have some more too..

that's a big number for the fat today..and it was mostly the burrito this morning..I think the burrito I normally get is alot better..I'm still okay with the protein number and the carb number..calories could have been better (lower) had I had my waffle I think..the waffle is about 300 calories and the eggs and sausage was well over 450.

Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!
