Accountability - Sunday
I've been a very good girl today. We went to church and out to breakfast..then we went to go get a propane tank filled for the barbecue grill and while hubby dear was doing that, I went to check the trees they had..low and behold, they had the fruitless mullberry trees I wanted..nice healthy ones. So I bought two of them..we drove home with them out the top of the back seat..I got a good workout with the shovel and the post hole digger..AND the sledge hammer too! I'm pleased with the two trees too.they look great and will probably do wonderful out there..Oh, and I did the wii yoga again today. Just 10 minutes but still, I feel like I did something for my back/hips and posture..tomorrow a bit of strength training and maybe some step aerobics..it's a start!
My eats for the day:
coffee with NSA Swiss Miss (can't start the day without it!)
1/4 batch protein waffles, 4 large strawberries (found 'em on sale yesterday..yea!) and 1/2 serving sf pancake syrup
24 oz ice tea on the way to church and after..OH! And they had my travel mug at the restaurant! I saw it when I was ordering..I must have thanked them a dozen times for finding it and keeping it. They said they tried to call me back but didn't have my number..what a great group of kids!
2nd breakfast: 1/2 egg burrito (egg and cheese and flour tortilla)
24 oz drink mix..I think it was just iced tea. I know I drank a whole 64 oz of iced tea today..
Lunch: 1/4 lb bison burger on two romaine lettuce leaves with pepper jack cheese and thousand island dressing and two slices of tomatoes
24 oz iced tea with splenda

dinner: 4 oz pork chop, grilled, 1/2 cup mashed potatoes with milk and 1/2 T margarine
I'll be drinking some more water tonight too..
