Accountability - Thursday
Well, my hip is better today but after exercising last night and this morning, my shoulder is sore..and I got up early to work the yoga on my wii but the batteries in the step are dead..GREAT!
My eats:
4:30 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
5:00 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
6:00 am 1/4 protein waffle, 1/2 small apple, 1/2 sf pancake syrup
6:30 am double espresso latte with soy milk
7:00 am 24 oz herb tea with splenda
8:30 am 1/8 recipe chocolate peanut butter protein bar
10:15 am 1/2 egg burrito from the weekend..yum!
12:30 pm salad from Soup Plantation along with some chunky chicken noodle soup..wow! stuffed..and for dessert: 1 small cornbread muffin with butter - it's gonna take me all day to recover from this!
1:30 pm 24 oz drink mix with alittle ice, Crystal Light Energy Strawberry Caffeinated
3:00 pm 24 oz drink mix with alittle ice, Wyler's half tea/half lemonade
4:30 pm 24 oz ice tea in my mug (not ready to eat when i got home)
5:00 pm 24 oz ice tea in my mug..whew! I needed water BAD!
6:30 pm 4 oz turkey pastrami, 2 slices swiss cheese, 1 oz thousand island dressing on 4 romaine lettuce leaves..pastrami lettuce wraps..
