Accountability - Tuesday
Today and Friday are the only full days I'll be working due to physical therapy and chiropractor appointments..that's alright cuz I have plenty of vacation hours..142 left after this month..that's almost 18 days..My backup person at work had an asthma attack and had to be taken out by an ambulance..this has been quite a day!
My eats:
5:30 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
6:00 am 1/4 protein waffle, 1/2 small apple, 1/2 sf pancake syrup
6:30 am double espresso latte with soy milk
7:00 am 24 oz herb tea with splenda in my new Tervis Mug with the leopard print and detachable handle...wooo hooo..
8:00 am 1 oz mozzarella cheese stick, 1 pc turkey breast deli meat wrap
8:45 am 24 oz drink mix with ice, Wyler's Tea and Lemonade combo
9:45 am 1/2 egg burrito leftover from the weekend
10:30 am 24 oz drink mix with the left over ice, GV Metabolic Peach Mango Green Tea
11:15 am 24 oz drink mix with ice, Crystal Light Energy Strawberry Caffeinated
12:00 pm 12 oz decaf with half n half and splenda
1:00 pm my salad: 4 oz steak, 1 cup salad greens, some tomatoes, 1 oz balsamic vineagret
2:00 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, Wyler's Peach Tea
3:00 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, GV Energy Pomegranat Lemonade Caffeinated
4:00 pm 1 Quaker Oat Chewy granola bar..(sadly, I forgot my hard boiled egg today and had to get into my stash of appropriate snacks).
4:30 pm 24 oz herb tea, Pineapple Chamomile
6:30 pm 4 baked chicken breast, 3 broccoli flowerettes, 1/3 cup mashed potatoes and 1/2T margarine

LOL..no totals. fitday.com is having issues and there will be no totals..I can tell you I did pretty darn good..the mashed potatoes stuffed me to the gills...

Another day of one long never ending meeting & i ate WAY TOO MUCH today. Everything i ate was good stuff - it was just way too much.

Snack (hates meetings b/c they always bring food!!)-
1 cinnamon/ raison bagel (dammit - ya, i know i didnt have to eat it, but i did...almost like i didnt have a choice but to)

But your protein number is WAY up there..You did awesome..a day of this isn't going to ship wreck you..but a month or more..may put a dent in your caboose...Just sayin.
