Gastro Gastric Fistula

has anyone had one, or know the symptoms?
I am having Upper Gi/SBFT this week and this is one of the possible causes of my symptoms.

Always hungry, weight gain in last 3 months, gurgling, alot of air coming up, Pain after eating and excess bloating even after liquids. Left side discomfort and did I mention bloating? I had coffee 2 hours ago and still look 6 months pregnant and burping sort of. I get palpitation like sensation in chest after eating as well.

If it is a fistula what is the repair?

Any info would be great as all I find online is not very helpful.
