Not sure what the heck happened here but I did send my list home from work but it didn't get here..Darn it..well, I did keep track of it but no times..

My eats:

coffee

1/4 protein waffle, 1/2 small apple, 1/2 sf pancake syrup (a serving is 1/4 cup..too much!)

double espresso latte with frothed soy milk

24 oz herb tea..I lost my mug so I went to find another one at Bed Bath & Beyond..

1 pc turkey breast deli meat wrapped around a turkey sausage..yum

24 oz drink mix with ice, Hawaiian Punch Orange

24 oz drink mix with the last ice, Wyler's Peach Tea

Before Lunch: most of my salad: 1 cup salad greens, 1 can tuna (water packed/drained) and 1 oz lite caesar dressing

24 oz herb tea in my new Tervis Mug..spendy but maybe I won't leave it behind anymore!

the rest of my salad

1 hard boiled egg

24 oz drink mix with ice, Crystal Light Energy Strawberry Caffeinated

24 oz drink mix with ice, GV Metabolism Orange or something like it..maybe it was Mango..

4 sugar free vanilla wafer cookies, 1 oz honey roasted peanuts

Dinner: 1/3 lb bison burger with processed cheese, mayo, tomato slices, lettuce on a sandwich thin

I finally got off my ego and phoned the chiropractor to get some relief for this achey hip. I mean the ONLY exercise I get is walking and with my achey hip, I can't do it..something has to give here and it had to be me or I'll be in a wheelchair!

I did alright today. How did you do? 
Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!

I hate mondays. My allergies are driving me crazy & ive had a killer headache all day. If i didnt know better, id say it was a high blood pressure headache, but i dont have HBP...

My eats -
Breakfast:
coffee
5 slices turkey pepperoni chips w/ 1 slice cheddar cheese
coffee
tea

Snack:
LF cheese stick & 3 slices of turkey meat

Lunch:
clam chowder

Snack:
5 jumbo shrimp w/ ****tail sauce

Dinner:
salmon w/ mashed potatoes & peas

60oz CL for the day

Stuffed/ runny/ itchy...so taking my allergy meds & going to bed.
