Accountability - Sunday
I wore myself out today! We went to the Poppy Festival and it was mid 90 degrees..miserable in the sun and tolerable in the shade but I walked and walked..I also drank 8 containers of water..the sad thing is the herb tea I had this morning, I left at the restaurant..now I'm missing my big insulated mug that I drink herb tea in..Pooo...now I have to find another one..
Anyway, my eats for the day:
coffee, 1st breakfast of protein waffle, 1/2 small apple, sugar free pancake syrup
double espresso latte and plain soy milk
24 oz herb tea with splenda
1/2 egg burrito without hash browns
4 containers of water with ice and without ice but only one was caffeinated
lunch was part of left over black bean salsa chicken..about 1/3 serving
a nap!
another container of water with ice and a snack of honey roasted peanuts
dinner: 1/3 lb burger with mayo, mozzarella cheese on a sandwich thin with lettuce and tomatoes
Totals for the day:
Calories: 1635
Fat: 93.1
Carbs: 109.3
Protein: 106.8
Not bad..I also drank about 1/4 cup of straight cranberry juice today too..I think I may have a kidney infection starting up..oh, and I do believe I have a troublesome mole doing weird things on my arm..I will be calling the doctor this week to find out what they want me to do to get to a dermatologist and have it removed and biopsied..and a call to my surgeon's office for a yearly visit with him too. It's been a long time since I've seen him and he wants to see me before he'll order my labs this July...so be it. I'm gonna use my tax refund to pay all those nice co-pays to doctors this year..

HAAAAPPPPYY Anniversary!
to me that is lol To tell you the truth, i didnt even realize it was my anniversary until i got the email from OH. Today was all about my sister & her bday. Shes had a really tough year last year & its high time for a new start.
I woke up early & made:
some extra good coffee, banana pancakes & applewood smoked bacon for breakfast.
Then my son & I took her to San Francisco where we did the site seeing thing (went to treasure island, the piers - where we saw naked bikers.... ya...., coit tower) & ended with lunch at the palace of fine arts where my son played Happy Birthday to her on his violin. It was so nice! People were strolling around the pond & stopping to compliment him on his playing. Just beautiful.
jumbo shrimp with ****tail sauce, turkey pepperoni chips, cheese stick & a turkey sandwich.
Then drove through the presideio & golden gate park & saw some bison! Lastly, we took hwy 280 home. It was a beautiful drive & a great day!
