Accountability - Saturday alittle late
Near disaster was averted today (Saturday). We planned a barbecue and the guests of honor showed up at 7 pm instead of 5 pm..mmm..Yeah, I'd already eaten...we all had. But we put a good face on it and snacked while they ate and had a good visit anyway...
breakfat: normal waffles yada yada
second breakfast: normal 1/2 egg burrito yadayada
snack? none
Lunch: 1/3 serving of salsa chicken (cleaning out the fridge)
I had six containers of water today !
Dinner: 4 oz steak, 1 cup salad greens with ranch dressing
snacks: 1 cup dorito chips with salsa
also: 1 wine cooler..

Protein: 97.8
Actually, all things considered..not bad. i wore myself out house cleaning and getting ready for the party. Sunday is church and the Poppy Festival...plenty of walking there for sure!
