Meeting day! I'm happy I got to participate but I was so busy today..I did pretty good but didn't really get a lunch break..

My eats:

5:30 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss, while getting dressed and packing my lunch

6:00 am 1/4 protein waffle, 1/2 small apple, 1/2 sf pancake syrup

6:30 am double espresso latte with soy milk

7:00 am 24 oz herb tea with splenda

8:30 am 1 oz mozzarella cheese with 1 pc turkey breast deli meat

9:00 am 24 oz drink mix with ice, Wyler's Peach Tea

10:00 am 1 hard boiled egg and 1/2 small apple.

11:00 am 24 oz drink mix with ice, GV Energy Strawberry Caffeinated

12:30 pm salad: 4 oz chicken breast, 3 pineapple rings, 5 grape tomatoes, 1 oz balsamic vineagret (most of it!)

1:30 pm 24 oz herb tea with splenda

2:30 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, Crystal Light Energy Caffeinated

3:00 pm the rest of my salad, still hungry at 4 sugar free peanut butter cookies  (which I didn't count but it would increase my calories by about 140 and carbs by 20 or so..)

4:30 pm 24 oz drink mix, Hawaiian Punch Orange

6:00 pm 5 oz burger with processed cheese, 1T mayo on a sandwich thin

Totals for the day:
Calories: 1433
Fat: 67.1
Carbs: 105.5
Protein: 114.6

Actually not bad, even with the cookies..but I'm tired. I may be in bed before the sun goes down even..I have a few things to do but I think they can wait..

The lovely weather seems to be holding on into another sunny morning here in Northern California. We've wrapped up month end and quarter end close (yay) so I can 'relax' a little at work and finish up a few smaller projects.

Today's data for me:

Breakfast 1:
Hard boiled egg

Breakfast 2:
5 slices lite dry italian salame
10oz Crystal Lite Chia Protein shake

Snack:
Fage Total 0% Greek yogurt with 1/4 cup crushed pineapple

Lunch:
7 large pieces shrimp
1oz angel hair pasta
1/8 cup alfredo sauce

Snack:
5 slices lite dry Italian salame

Dinner:
2oz baked tilapia
cauliflower "dirty rice"

Snack:
10oz Crystal Lite Chia Protein shake

Exercise:
Walking the dogs - 45 minutes
