Accountability - Tuesday
OM Lord! I got up so late today! good thing I had hard boiled eggs all ready for me to eat one..
My eats:
6:00 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss, while getting dressed and packing my lunch
6:30 am 1 hard boiled egg
6:50 am double espresso latte with soy milk
7:00 am (I know! pushing it with fluids way too soon after eating!) 24 oz herb tea with splenda
8:30 am 1 oz mozzarella cheese with 1 pc turkey breast deli meat
9:00 am 24 oz drink mix with ice, Wyler's Tea/Lemonade
10:00 am 24 oz drink mix with the leftover ice, Wyler's Cherry Limeade
10:30 am 1/2 egg burrito with no hashed browns..yum. took me 20 minutes to finish this..because I haven't eaten, I have a hard time eating...I get full really quick!
12:30 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, GV Energy Strawberry Caffeinated
1:45 pm leftover ham and green beans..not much ham, probably 2 oz (salty..I'll need plenty of water!)
2:45 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, Peach Tea (mixed the last dregs of the MiO and some generic from the 99 c store that is too weak to use just one packet)
3:20 pm 1 hard boiled egg
4:15 pm 24 oz drink mix with alittle ice, Crystal Light Energy Citrus Caffeinated
5:30 pm 1-1/2 cup black bean salsa chicken done in the crock pot..yum! maybe some cheddar cheese
totals for the day:

Carbs: 81.9
Protein: 99.0
Still, not bad. Tomorrow is gonna be a really busy day with meetings going on for the whole morning..I need to have at least something for a snack..and plenty of water..I hope I'm ready..It's gonna be a challenge

I know - i too was late for an 8am mtg, but i had no go tos ready to go :( Plus i ended up forgetting my bomb ham & 15 bean soup @ home.
How long do HB eggs last in the frig anyway?
This weekend was our fab girls get-a-way. I made the wrapped asparagus & Shelly's Bacon & Egg Salad from the world according to eggface **thanks for that tip BTW - i love her site** & MAN have i had the worse gas pains EVR!!! finally caved & got some beano & some other "instant" relief stuff last night.
Things are starting to pick up a bit again at the office but boy do i wish i were on another project already. Yesterday was eye stabbingly painful sitting in a mtg all day essentially doing nothing.

1.5 cinnamon & raison bagel w/ cream cheese

8oz protein shake
40oz water

1.5 c Ham & 15 bean soup
Snack -
LF cheese stick
Went shopping last night & restocked on supplies. Feels more ready for this weeks set of day long mtgs.

Hardboiled eggs will last over a week still in the peel..I wouldn't keep them longer than a day or two out of the peel..I boil up a half dozen each weekend for the following week..if I have some left, I try and eat those first but I'm sure over a week is fine. I've never had an issue.
I worry with long meetings being able to still concentrate on facts and figures without being able to actually eat every couple of hours..I'm hoping I can run to the bathroom and pop something in my mouth in between..
