Looking forward to the lasagna my hubby is making tonight for dinner..already know that the carb numbers will be elevated but whatever.

My eats:

4:00 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss

5:00 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss

6:00 am 1/4 protein waffle, 1/2 small apple, 1/2 serving sf pancake syrup, some butter buds

6:30 am double espresso latte with soy milk

7:00 am 24 oz herb tea, Celestial Seasons..BlackBerry Cherry

8:00 am 1 oz mozzarella cheese, 1 pc turkey breast deli meat

9:30 am 1/2 Black Forest Ham sammie from Subway..

10:15 am 24 oz drink mix with ice GV Strawberry (no caffeine)

11:15 am 24 oz drink mix with the rest of the ice, Wyler's Berry Limeade

12:00 pm 1 cup salad greens, italian dressing, 4 grape tomatoes, 1/2 cup baked potato, 1/3 cup chili, 1/4 cup cheese sauce, 1 T sour cream (birthday celebration)

1:30 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, Cherry Limeade Caffeinated

3:30 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, Hawaiian Punch Orange

6:00 pm 1 cup lasagna made with meat and spinach..and a salad..with light cesar dressing

Not unexpected..totally exactly what I was thinking would happen but we had a really good visit with my friend from high school..lots of years and lots of water under that bridge..

Ooooooh lasagna!  That's one of my all time favorite foods. 

Today's data for me:

Breakfast 1:
hard- boiled egg and herbal tea

Breakfast 2:
1/2 packet of Cream of Wheat w/ 5tsp protein (made with water, not milk)

Snack:
OMG Almond Joy Protein bar

Lunch:
4in of a 6in Subway Club on flatbread

Snack:
1 cheese stick and 1/2c blackberries

Dinner:
1c Chili, homemade

Snack:
1/4cup Cottage cheese w/ 3tsp protein powder
3 medium strawberries



Exercise:
Stationary bike - 30 minutes (15min in the morning and evening – ankle strengthening)
Crunches - 120
Pushups - 45
Dips - 45
Squats - 120


Totals for Today:
Calories: 969
Fat: 40g
Total Carb: 66g
Net Carb: 54g
Protein: 92g

Getting back on track 10yrs later after a REGAIN of approx 35lbs
Surgery weight:  277lbs             Goal/maintenance weight: 135lbs

I used to eat more of the lasagna then I do now..and more often but it's a good treat occasionally..

You're doing awesome..lots of muscle building exercises. you're gonna be rock hard in no time!
