Maintaining the peace! I fully intended to switch lunches with one of the girls so that they wouldn't be alone with eachother but one assured me that she was going to leave it alone and keep the peace..Good, cuz I got an offer to go to lunch with a dear old friend..And he's coming to our house for dinner tomorrow..what fun!

My eats:

5:00 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss

6:00 am 1/4 protein waffle, 1 small pear, 1/2 serving sf pancake syrup, some butter buds

6:30 am double espresso latte with soy milk

7:00 am 24 oz herb tea, Celestial Seasons..BlackBerry Cherry

8:00 am 1 oz mozzarella cheese, 1 pc turkey breast deli meat

9:00 am 24 oz drink mix with ice, Wyler's Peach Tea

10:30 am 1/2 egg burrito from the weekend

12:00 pm I was just gonna take my lunch at my desk today but a dear old friend stopped by the office and offered to buy me lunch..so I went! chicken taco! yum..and great visit with a classmate!

1:30 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, Crystal Light Energy Grape Caffeinated

2:00 pm 24 oz drink mix with the rest of the ice (which wasn't much!) Mio Liquid flavor Peach

3:00 pm 1 hard boiled egg

4:30 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, Raspberry Generic

6:00 pm 4 oz pork chops, 1/2 cup mashed potatoes, 1/2 cup canned sweet peas, 1/2 T margarine

Totals for the day:

Carbs: 92.8
Protein: 90.8

All in all, not bad. I did alright. How did you do?
Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!

Peaceful is grand, isnt it?    Physical therapy went fairly well.  My PT is concerned about the lack of range of motion on the ankle, but I have some more exercises and stretches to do, so we'll see what happens.  I really dont want the S word (surgery) to come up again at the orthopedic doctor's office.

Breakfast 1:
hard- boiled egg and herbal tea

Breakfast 2:
Cream of Whea****easpoon protein powder

Snack:
OMG Almond Joy Bar

Lunch:
Beef stew, homemade

Snack:
Cucumber slices soaked in balsamic vinegar and spices

Dinner:
Beef stew, homemade

Snack:
Cheese stick and 5 strawberries


Exercise:
Stationary bike - 30 minutes (15min in the morning and evening – ankle strengthening)
Crunches - 90
Pushups - 30
Dips - 30
Squats - 120
