Last day of my vacation..physical therapy went well. I didn't get too beat up. I'm not super sore but I was finishing up the patio early this morning so carrying cinderblocks again wore me out before I even got there..I had a goal today..to drink enough water..I fulfilled that goal..didn't get all my vitamins but close.

Well: my eats:

coffee

coffee

coffee (with NSA Swiss miss in all of them..)

1/4 serving protein waffles, 1/2 small apple, 1/2 serving sf pancake syrup and butter buds (a whole serving of syrup is 1/4 cup..that's enough to make my waffles swim in syrup and I just don't like that so that's why I only use a half serving..)

double espresso latte with soy milk

24 oz herb tea, Green Earth Cocoa Tea with splenda

24 oz drink mix with ice, non caffeinated

24 oz drink mix with the rest of the ice, non caffeinated

lunch: the meat off a chicken leg quarter, 2 slices pineapple, left over broccoli with a bit of barbecue sauce about 1/2 oz.

24 oz drink mix with ice, this time caffeinated cuz I didn't have any of the non in my purse

Dinner: 1/2 black forest ham subway sandwich on flat bread. pepper jack cheese.

1 oz mozzarella cheese and 1 slice chicken breast deli meat

24 oz drink mix with ice, non-caffeinated

You did awesome..I love the numbers! And the carbs were really good ones..nothing better than homemade chili and beans..love it!

Yeah, I'm still sore but at least I'm getting rear end time and not lifting cinderblocks..

Keep up the good work. See ya.

SORE!!! STIFF... OUCH!!! OMG I AM SO SORE!!! but my yard looks nice :) I hope the replanted flowers & shrubs dont die. While digging & pulling out the dead ones, i discovered how much they've been over watered - eekk! i was covered from head to toe in mud. Turning off the useless system & will water myself weekly - maybe that'll help.
Drinking enough water is so important & something i neglected to do over the weekend (seemed to have replaced the water w/ wine...). So i took a page from you book & replenished as much as i could today.

My eats:
Breakfast -
6oz LF greek yogurt

Lunch - LEFT OVERS!
3oz HB Ham
1/2c macaroni & cheese

Snack -
LF cheese stick
3 slices turkey meat

Dinner - SECONDS!!!
3oz HB Ham
1/2 roasted red potatoes
Asparagus

Desert -
Red Velvet Cake (i cant wait until my son finishes that thing off...)

Cals - 1163
Carbs - 174
