Accountability - Friday and Saturday
I missed Friday. I can tell you what I ate:
coffee, waffles, apple, sf pancake syrup, double espresso latte, herb tea, 1/2 a chicken bake from costco, mozzarella wrapped in turkey breast deli meat, a hard boiled egg and fried tilapia with asparagus..

Saturday..I wore myself out with yard work. I think I moved about 40 cinderblocks and did laundry..we're building a patio where the tree fell down..and it's hard work!

3 cups of coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
1/4 waffle, 1/2 apple, sf pancake syrup
double espresso latte
1 oz mozzarella wrapped in turkey breast deli meat
1/2 egg burrito with salsa - no hashed browns (went shopping cuz we needed green beans for the ham tomorrow)
24 oz drink mix with ice,
1/2 a chicken bake from costco
hard boiled egg
dinner: 1 chicken leg, baked..4 broccoli floweretts steamed

Carb: 99.7
Protein: 113.9
Not too bad. Tomorrow, more yard work..

I did really well over the weekend. Here's my data:
Friday is a planned high day and I fell in under my set totals.
1374 calories, 100g net carbs, and 91g protein.
Saturday, I got up, did some tidying up, then grabbed an apple with PB while I waited for the young lady that does my hair to arrive.
I didnt eat anything else until she left, but because I was already running late I grabbed another apple with some PB, then ran to do groceries and errands.
It was after 7pm by the time I wrapped up grocery shopping and I did NOT feel like cooking. Dinner ended up being summer rolls that I grabbed from the deli department at the grocery store. Overall it was a very light day at only 950 calories, 74 net carbs, and 45g protein.
I was a little light on protein overall (mainly due to my crazy Saturday), but my calories and carbs didnt take too bad a hit.

When I have a day like that where the carbs kill off the protein, I just remember that it wasn't one day of eating off plan that got me obese..So long as it's not months and months of the same, I figure I'm still doing awesome..It does no one any good going negative over our small shortfalls..
You did great. You got alot done and at least you got good carbs..apples and peanut butter are very good carbs. An apple a day and all that..
