Last day of work this week and there is nothing that can get me down...I'm happy to have the next four days off. Tomorrow is Good Friday. Any Friday can be Good Friday if it's a day off! LOL.

My eats:
 

5:00 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
 

5:30 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
 

6:00 am 1/4 protein waffle, 1 small pear, 1/2 serving sf pancake syrup, some butter buds
 

6:30 am double espresso latte with soy milk
 

7:00 am 24 oz herb tea, Celestial Seasons..Sugar Cookie Sleigh Ride
 

8:30 am 1 oz mozzarella cheese, 1 pc turkey breast deli meat
 

9:15 am 24 oz drink mix with ice, Hawaiian Punch Orange
 

10:30 am 1 cup cole slaw
 

12:00 pm 12 oz decaf with half n half and splenda
 

1:00 pm 4 oz roast beef, 3 carrots..I brought a potato too but didn't eat it..
 

1:30 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, GV Energy Strawberry with Caffeine
 

2:15 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice,
 

6:30 pm 4.5 oz roast beef on a sandwich thin with mozzarella cheese and 6 ritz crackers

Carbs: 109.2
Protein: 117.8

I wonder what is wrong with my OH settings! I'm not getting any emails when replys happen..Weird..I have it checkmarked. but nothing..oh well..I catch what I can.

Hard boiled egg
Herbal tea

Breakfast 2:
cottage cheese w/ crushed pineapple
2 tsp Unjury unflavored protein

Snack:
OMG Almond Joy Protein bar

Lunch:
Grilled pork tenderloin w/ peppers and onions wrapped in lettuce (instead of tortilla)

Snack:
Tuna with a couple of zero carb flaxseed crackers (homemade)

Dinner:
Grilled pork tenderloin w/ peppers and onions wrapped in lettuce (instead of tortilla)

Snack:
Fage Total 0% Greek yogurt with crushed pineapple

Exercise:
Stationary bike - 15 minutes (to help strengthen ankle)
Situps - 168
Pushups - 74
Dips - 91
Squats - 192

Totals for Today:
Calories: 1011 (11 calories over today's limit)
Protein: 114g
Total Carb: 58g
Net Carb: 47g
Fat: 41g

I'm 11 calories over today's max, but my carbs are well under 70 net carbs, and my protein intake is over 90. I think I'll call it a good day.
Getting back on track 10yrs later after a REGAIN of approx 35lbs

With the exercises you did, that 11 calories is allowable (seriously? LOL)..for SURE. You did awesome. Your carbs were all good..nothing that was bad or white at all. all fiber..

Make sure you're getting enough water and vitamins and you are the poster child for AWESOME..Keep up the good work. See ya.

I worked from home today. Had trouble seeing... Im eating good stuff but im also going over my limit. I want to be in the 800 range, but ive been consistently hitting over 1100....

My eats:
Breakfast
3oz tuna (made w/ NF plain greek yogurt) w/ 10 rits
12oz coffee
12oz tea

Lunch:
ProJoe protein drink
LF string cheese
3 slices roasted turkey
12oz CL

Snack:
17 turkey pepperoni chips (nuked till crispy)
6oz NF greek yogurt
12oz CL

2nd Snack:
3oz tuna (made w/ NF plain greek yogurt) w/ 10 rits
8oz CL

Dinner:
Black Angus Beef Patty
20oz CL

Exercise - 1 hour of weeds pulling... ugh...

My Totals are OK... even looking good. I just dont want my cals to be this high:
Cals - 1296
Carbs - 64
Protein - 118
Fat - 58

Stupid migraines! I hope you feel better real soon.

One hour of pulling weeds out in the sunshine should help with the calories..If the wind stops this weekend I'll be digging a couple of holes and hauling cinderblocks..I should at least get an extra cookie (sugar free of course!) for that. LOL.

You're still getting over 30% on your protein..I think you did great. and your yard will look good and that will make you smile. A win in all directions.
