I read the article and it is sooooo true. I've fallen into many of the traps the writer speaks about. Lately, I have been making myself accountable for EVERYTHING I put in my mouth. Keeping a food journal has really helped me. I no longer just take a nibble of this or a bite of that because I know I have to write it in my little book. I'm much more aware of what I'm putting into my body.
