I had a TT/hernia repair at the end of January and I had 2 places along my suture lines go necrotic and create open wounds.  They have not healed in 9 weeks so Thursday i went into the hospital for aggressive debridement and to have a wound VAC put on.  Needless to say, I have been a bit preoccupied and have not posted.  Starting to day hopefully I will get to this regularly.

Breakfast:
Chicken breast

Lunch:
6 ounce 95% lean burger,  reduced fat mozz on Weigh****chers rye

Dinner:
5 ounce burger
salad: lettuce, asparagus. pear. cucumber, marinated mushrooms, fat free ranch
1 slice portuguese bread
shallots

Snacks:
grapes
chocolate protein donut (with mini choc and peanut butter chips)
non-fat, plain greek yogurt with peaches
about 100 calories in picking/grazing (chocolate, pretzels)

Totals:
Calories 1458
Protein 141 (37%)
Carbs 140 (40%)
Fat 35.12 (23%)

Carb percentage is higher than I like to shoot for (I try to stay on 40% as well as keeping protein higher than the others).  Not too bad though.  I just have to stop the grazing and if I am going to have a "treat" to be better about accounting for it.
