Accountability - Saturday
Had a really good day..When we went into town to do the shopping we ran into an old friend that we used to accompany to the race track 25 years ago..we used to claim to be his pit crew! He asked us if we wanted to do that again so we did..What a great time! What an unexpected pleasure. The cold wind made it not as enjoyable as it could have been but it was still fun and very tiring..
My eats:
5:00 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
6:00 am 1/4 serving protein waffles, 1 small apple (the last one!) and sf pancake syrup
double espresso latte with soy milk
1 oz turkey breast deli meat wrapped around an oz of mozzarella cheese
double espresso latte with soy milk
24 oz herb tea
1/2 egg burrito with no hashed browns
24 oz drink mix with ice
lunch: 1 serving of banquet meatballs, 1/2 cup whole wheat macaroni
1 oz mozzarella cheese
snack at the track: 1 chocolate peanut butter protein bar (homemade)
dinner: turkey pastrami sandwich (FINALLY!) swiss cheese, sauerkraut, thousand island dressing on a black rye bread toasted..
I didn't have enough water. I need more.

Im thinking too low of a cal intake resulted in todays explosion...
