Accountability = Sunday
A day that has been totally on my rear end! We got up this morning and the wind was blowing really hard..I mean so hard that the dish for the internet was not able to get us on line because of the movement..Dex fixed it but the wind didn't quit and we had a tree come right up out of the ground! Sadly, it's a tree we've had for 25 years..booo...We may be able to save it but probably not.
So here is my intake for the day:
Coffee with nsa swiss miss (I made some more of this today)
1/4 serving protein waffles (made more of these too!) 1 small pear, 1/2 serving sf pancake syrup
2 scrambled eggs, 2 turkey sausage, 1 oz jack cheese and some salsa (a bit like the burrito I usually get but without the flour tortilla)
double espresso latte with soy milk
24 oz herb tea with splenda
24 oz drink mix with ice, Hawaiian Punch Orange
snack: homemade peanutbutter protein bar (made more of these too!)
24 oz drink mix with no ice, Wyler's Cherry Lemonade
Dinner: Lo Carb Chicken Casserole..chicken, broccoli, mushrooms, sour cream, mayo, cream of chicken soup and some thin sliced potatoes..yummer!
I need another container of water..I've been sleeping with a container next to the bed with ice and that seems to help. I got my vitamins..not my pt exercises but I will tonight.

I did pretty well today, thanks to some planning ahead. We attended a local winery event. I actually planned ahead so that my calories and carbs would still fall within my range for the day.
I know that my alcohol limit is about 2 glasses (10z) and then it just gets sloppy. I dont like being sloppy (in public or in private), so I planned for my 10oz max.

1/4 cup crushed pineapple
Snack:
Wine tasting event - 10oz wine
A few of bites of beef braised in wine (yummmmmm)
Lunch:
1/2 cup Cottage cheese
1/4 crushed pineapple
Snack:
1/2 cup cucumber slices
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar and herbs/spices
Dinner:
1 grilled chicken breast
1 slice Zero Carb-High Protein Flaxseed Bread
1/2 baked sweet potato
Snack:
1/2 cup SF Chocolate Fudge Protein Pudding
Exercise:
Treadmill - 30 minutes
Additional meandering around the winery grounds/event
Leg lifts - 15
Side Crunches - 40 (20 per side)
