Accountability - Friday
AH! Friday..and the weather is really good today. That was the only good thing today! I'll explain after, then you'll understand.
My eats:
5:00 am 1/4 protein waffle, 1 small apple, 1/2 serving sf pancake syrup, some butter buds (with my vitamins: multi, glucosamine, biotin, B, fish oil)
6:30 am double espresso latte with soy milk
7:00 am 24 oz herb tea, Lipton Blackberry Vanilla
8:00 am 1 oz mozzarella cheese stick, 1 pc turkey breast deli meat (we had a very tense staff meeting. I thought there was going to be much yelling but the boss is amazing with how she handled the problem children!)
9:45 am 3 oz tilapia, 1 slice pineapple, 1/3 cup instant brown rice, 1/3 cup canned corn
10:30 am 24 oz drink mix with ice, Wyler's Strawberry Lemonade
12:00 pm 12 oz decaf with half n half and splenda
then the trouble began! I packed all the makin's for a turkey pastrami sandwich: black rye, swiss cheese, thousand island dressing, tomato, onion, even sauerkraut! BUT NO TURKEY PASTRAMI...damn it..it would have been at least alittle protein.. Damn it!
1:00 pm FAUX pastrami sandwich..
2:00 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, Wyler's Peach Tea
2:30 pm 1 hard boiled egg
3:15 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, GV Energy Strawberry Caffeinated
4:30 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, Hawaiian Punch Green Berry Blast
6:00 pm 1/4 burger with processed cheese, tomato, onion, mayo and some spicy mustard...NO BUN.

Fat: 66.3
Carbs: 103.7
Protein: 99.1
Could have been a whole lot worse! Along with the stupid pastrami, I looked at my taxes again and found out that I'd messed it up and that the email never came from the irs saying the filing was rejected..either that or I missed it! Then while driving home some young kid nearly smacked my car cuz he didn't look in the lane before he changed lanes..ARGH...But at least I'm home now and I can have that pastrami sandwich again this weekend..and I'll probably have several of them!

I'm happy that the scale has started moving with a vengeance. I'm down 2.2 pounds so far this week (after a month of basically no loss). I'm getting in a minimum of 64oz of water (finally!!!!) and I'm actively stuffing in protein wherever I can.

My neighbor, who i really cant stand & swear is an addict, came over as i was having coffee & asked if i can take him to the gas station b/c he was out of gas. Frustrated, but trying to be a good Christian, so i go to get ready & noticed my boss called - she needs me to go in for a bit (ok, np). I go outside ready to take this guy to the gas station & hes like OMG i just realized i dont have any $$. Can i borrow $5.00 for like an hour?? - Sorry dude, I dont have any funds either (in which i actually didnt b/c i nvr carry cash on me & left sicne i had to go in anyway. Didnt get back home until after 2pm.

3oz. chicken teriyaki
Snack -
3/4 Western Bacon Burger (started a weekend of bad habit repeats)
Dinner -
5 Grilled prawns
