You did so well for Monday..Jealous=me..All protein, few carbs and very little fat!

You know what you need to do for soup if you hate what they have..You need to make a great soup base and figure something to add to it to make it different..like chicken. You can do tomatoe soup and add chicken chunks to it..cream soup and chicken chunks or even roast beef chunks..little ones.

Feel better. The week is young yet..You did good. Keep up the good work. See ya.

Thanks Dawn! I feel good about how I did on monday & today. Its almost like... for the first time in IDK how long... my blue mood is causing a loss of appetite :O Hey - i'll take all the help i can get. lol
so im good w/having liquids & just protein shakes & such.
i know it'll get better & day by day, it is. Im not usually a down person, but every now & then things will be so unbalanced in my personal AND work life that it causes me to want to literally run away. This weekend I thought about moving out of the country b/c moving out of state isnt far enough!
Sadly - i cant run away from my problems & start over in a new location.... unless i win the mega lotto that is :D FRANCE OR SPAIN HERE WE COME!

Do you mix the protein powder in with your cottage cheese and your yogurt?  Thank you.

Yes I do.  It helps me get an extra protein boost on the days where protein from regular foods isnt quite high enough.

I like the unflavored protein (which actually does have a slight flavor) in foods with a good strong stand alone flavor of its own.  That way the protein's slight taste doesnt overshadow the food itself and I still get that protein boost.

I cant mix protein powder w/ the greek yogurt - it makes it way too thick for me.
I completely agree that the "unflavored" protein powder is slightly flavored.... Ive taken to drinking it plain.

That's a great way to do it! Planning is everything with this journey. You tend to stick to the plan if you have one. If you don't, you don't have anything to keep you from finding something and foraging for food is just TROUBLE.

You did awesome..WOW that protein number..awesome.

Keep up the good work. See ya.
