Newbie to Maintenance

I have been lurking here for a couple of weeks trying to learn what the vets do. It has been helpful
I am 18 months post op and trying to work out maintenance. I have lost 227 pounds and am 18 pounds below my personal goal weight of 155 (currently 137.8). I would like to take part in the daily accountability you are doing. Below is my day today copied and pasted from My Fat Secret tracker that I use faithfully everyday.
The total carbs are higher than i like to go generally, but there were lots of good fiber choices.
If anyone has any feedback I would love to hear. Thanks!

It looks good to me. Don't you just love carbquick? I recently foundout that Tova makes carbalose ap flour! not as expensive but seriously? 3 lbs of flour for $9.00? I'm hesitant.

Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!
