Accountability - Saturday
I worked hard today! I decided to chop down some bushes between some of our junk cars in the yard and while I was doing that the dogs got to crawling under some things..I stopped doing what I was doing and started shoveling dirt and putting blocks under things to keep the dogs from digging themselves into trouble..I had to rescue the beagle again so..very necessary. My hubby finally came out and got me to stop. he was worried I was getting too over worked and going to hurt myself..I'll be sore tomorrow I figure!
My eats for the day:
coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
1/4 protein waffle, 1 small pear, 1/2 sf pancake syrup
double espresso latte with plain soy milk
24 oz herb tea (a new one I got ..Lipton Passionfruit and Coconut..not bad)
24 oz drink mix with ice, non caffeinated
1 oz mozzarella cheese stick wrapped in turkey breast deli meat
24 oz drink mix with ice, non caffeinated
Lunch: tuna salad: 1 can water packed tuna drained, 1 medium roma tomato, 1 T dried onion flakes, 1 tsp cilantro flakes, 1 oz low cal ceasar dressing, 16 low fat wheat thin crackers
24 oz drink mix with ice, caffeinated
24 oz drink mix with ice, non caffeinated
Dinner: 1 oz doritos chips, 1/3 lb burger with processed cheese, 2 slices tomatoes, 1 tablespoon mayo on a sandwich thin

Fat: 70.2
Carbs: 125.1
Protein: 120.9
Actually, even though I shoot for less carbs than protein, I know with all I did today, I needed the carbs. Laundry and cleaning up the house for a barbecue with good friends..I'm exhausted but happy..,
