Well, the official end to my vacation. We intended to go to church this morning but our son came to us about 6 am and was asking for his migraine medication. He'd been suffering with a migraine since 10 pm and didn't want to wake us up..I couldn't find his meds cuz it's been at least two years since he had a migraine...so I gave him my tramdol and he went back to bed until 1 pm..my hubby didn't want to leave him here *alone*..so we stayed home until he got up and then we went in for our Sunday Paper and breakfast..

Then the rain started. It's been on the couch weather all day today..nothing got done at all. Oh well. I'm ready for work tomorrow..

My eats:

coffee with NSA Swiss Miss

1/4 serving protein waffle with sf pancake syrup (no cutting and microwaving a pear, have to be quiet with a migraine in the house)

24 oz herb tea, Lipton Passionfruit and coconut

1/2 egg burrito at our favorite restaurant, no hashed browns and two cups of coffee with splenda

24 oz drink mix, non caffeinated..Wyler's Strawberry lemonade (I really like this stuff but I believe I'm out now..bummer!)

24 oz drink mix, non caffeinated GV Strawberry with no color

24 oz drink mix, non caffeinated

Snack: 1 oz honey roasted peanuts - oh and 1 home made peanut butter protein bar..yum.

Dinner: Banquet meatballs and marinara over a cup of cooked whole wheat macaroni (yup, I know it's gonna make my carb number high but that's okay)

totals for the day:
Calories: 1463
Fat: 77.5
Carbs: 121.9
Protein: 80.2

Could do better. could do a whole lot worse..I have my ducks in a row for the week coming up. I'm ready.

Started the day with lots of water and also throughout the day

Breakfast:
1/2 egg/sausage burrito

1/1/2 hours later had CL peach tea

Snack:

banana and a cookie

Lunch:
vegetable soup w/2 crackers
cheese stick

Snack:
thin deli slice of ham
few pretzels

Supper:
homemade in the crockpot roast w/potatotes, carrots, onions - YUMMY!!!

Snack:
CL peach tea
