I worked myself to exhaustion today..Last night, just before bed I did my exercises but I also shampooed the living room so that it would have time to dry overnight..the sad thing was, the extractor portion of my shampooer apparently was not working right..the floor is still alittle damp..oh well, it's clean. I cleaned floors, floor rugs and one area rug that I took out to the patio and scrubbed with a scrub brush and then hung it up and rinsed it..I did some tree trimming too. I too****asional breaks to check my internet and also to put on a black bean salsa chicken for dinner..The sun was shining and the wind didn't blow until later in the afternoon..the weather will turn cold by the weekend but now my house is CLEAN!

My eats for Thursday:

6:00 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss (yup, slept in again!)

7:00 am 1/4 waffle, 1 small pear, 1/2 serving sf pancake syrup

8:00 am a LARGE double espresso with frothed plain soy milk..

9:00 am 24 oz drink mix with ice, Wyler's Strawberry Lemonade not caffeinated. I have been thinking my rash might be from the crystal light energy stuff I've been drinking with the caffeine in it. The verdict is that the itching is better..the rash is still there so .. I'm not really sure. I do miss my caffeine though

10:00 am 4 oz turkey pastrami on a sandwich thin with thousand island dressing and processed cheese food slice (fake cheese..not as good as swiss but..it will have to do!)

2:00 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, Wyler's Peach Tea

2:45 pm 5 oz tilapia from left overs the other night and 2 spears of asparagus..yum. I didn't like the asparagus left over so I only ate two instead of the five that were there. It's a big NSV for me to toss food when it's less than perfect. If it's not to my liking, I'm tossing it or giving it to the dog. Next time, I'll make less.

3:30 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, No flavor

4:00 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, no flavor (while I was soaking in the tub again..this time with epsom salts..whew..done wore me OUT...I feel like a limp noodle!)

5:30 pm 1 serving blackbean and salsa chicken and 1/4 cup instant brown rice cooked..yum..

Totals for the day:
Calories: 1679
Fat: 71.7
Carbs: 140.6
Protein: 135.6

Seriously, not bad at all. the bad carbs were 22 and then 12 with the orowheat sandwich thin and the rice..so the rest was good carbs..I'm okay with this day. I'm happily tired and my house is clean. I did my exercises AND took all my vitamins. I'll have one more container of water probably at bed if I last that long..My eyelids are really heavy!

I am totally back to normal today (thank goodness).  There was a break in the weather, so we took the dogs out for a nice long walk after work.  As soon as the leashes came out, they went nuts!  Its so cute to see them get so excited.

My food intake:

Breakfast 1 -06:30am
1 hard boiled egg
4oz apple juice

Breakfast 2 - 08:30am
1/2 cup cottage cheese
1/4 cup crushed pineapple

Snack 1 - 11am
1 SlimFast Snack bar - Chocolate Mint

Lunch - 2pm
Fage Greek Yogurt
1/2 cup sliced strawberries
1 apple

Snack 2 - 4:00pm
1 Nature Valley Dark Choc/Peanut Butter Protein Granola Bar

Dinner - 7:00pm
5oz meatloaf
1/4 cup red beans & rice w/ a scoop of unflavored protein mixed in
(not such a great combo on this one...a little 'gritty', but edible)

Snack 3 - 8:30pm

None

It makes a big difference to me if the sun is shining..I could never live in the north west where it's cloudy alot. I'd be a mental case! 

Great numbers. Good exercise..wow..look at that squats! I'm sore just looking at that number!

You can come & clear my carpets too if you like LOL
Actually i was thinking about doing that/having it done earlier this afternoon. I think thats why i want to move so badly - just so i can have clean carpets & fresh walls.

Seperately - I love letting my little girl off leash & watching her run! Shes so pretty running through the tall green grass :)

My thighs are KILLING ME tonight. Started off OK, but as the day progressed i found it more & more difficult to even go potty. My abs are OK, but my thighs are KILLING me! I did 4 more reps of squats - hopefully that'll help...

I love watching our pups running through the tall grass.
We have a white German Shep, a mini American Eskimo (my avatar), and a black lab.
I'm a very proud 'mama' and of course think they look GORGEOUS. 
And of course they're all spoiled- but not rotten, lol.

LOL..Hubby bought me a carpet extractor sort of machine (Bissell) years ago..it's nearly worn out. I had to have him take the upholstry attachment off because it was leaking and then we had to take it apart to clean it after I cleaned the house too..I'm a clean freak so having the shampooer is mandatory for me..if animals have accidents, I'm there with the shampooer and pretreat..and even bleach if it's on the white carpet. Yeah, I have white carpet in my house..with me, it's okay cuz I'm, again, a clean freak. It's actually therapeutic for me to clean.

You did great. do you add protein powder to your cream of wheat? You can add powdered protein to that stuff and it increases the protein in it without making it much more volume..plus I think it's yummy.

Great numbers, keep moving those muscles that work the thighs. even if you have to do just a few..
