Accountability-Wednesday
Actually I had a really good day. I did alittle shopping at the stores with Wednesday sales, then had lunch with my mom..then we went to a park that has a bunch of planes parked there to see..it was actually closed but we looked through the fence and then we visited a friend and came home..I nearly forgot my vitamins. I actually did my exercises too..Not all my water but I still have time for that.
My stats for the day:
coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
breakfast: protein waffles, 1 small pear and 1/2 sf pancake syrup
double espresso latte with soy milk
24 oz herb tea with splenda (shopping)
lunch: sweet & sour chicken, wonton soup,1/2 egg roll (I didn't eat any of the fried rice) and some cups of tea
24 oz drink mix with ice, Wyler's Strawberry Lemonade
snack: 1 oz mozzarella cheese
dinner: 1/3 oz burger patty on a sandwich thin with mayo and pineapple slice and cheese
totals for the day:
Calories:1534
Fat: 69.3
Carbs: 135.2
Protein: 103.5
Actually, still, not too bad. The sweet n sour chicken could have been the beef and broccoli instead but it sounded better to me at the time..I really had a lovely day..I'm headed to another container of water and then another one when I go to bed..

IDK Y but I was HUNGRY today. Finally back in the swing of things - after being off of work for a week helping my cousin navigate & prepare for my aunts memorial scv & then on biz travel for a week (which was AWFUL!). I feel like getting back to being balanced. It was hard eating correctly while on travel (what with all the meeting lunches & dinners), but i feel i did ok. I found a local grocery store & loaded up on all my goods (string cheese, tuna packs, greek yogurt) & i packed all the protein powder i needed, so i was actually very well prepared. Since i only got what seems like 4 hours of sleep in 4 days (im sure it was a bit more than that lol), i did go to the gym - why not - i cant sleep anyways right! lol
But nonetheless, its great to be home & back to the office. My eats:

Im PUMPED b/c even though ive been through all this life stuff over the past 2 weeks, i still lost 5lbs & im down to 239 now! WOO HOO

Woo Hoo. I was just telling someone when you just look at the foods you are eating and can't really measure or weigh yourself..you let that part go and the pounds (at least for me) come off..That's excellent about the 5 lbs..
Today all my hubby wanted to do was watch funky old movies..I mean seriously? Godzilla from 1950 something? yeek. So I cleaned..and cleaned..and did laundry and cleaned some more..I even trimmed a tree in the south yard and scrubbed an area rug..It's amazing what we can find to do when we don't want to sit around or can't sleep..I've been known to get up in the middle of the night and clean stuff cuz I can't sleep..I'm just bad like that!
You did great. yeah, I hate dips too..I'd rather do all sorts of other stuff..great list. Keep up the good work. See ya.

I was still crampy and feeling ick today, so I stayed home from work. By the afternoon (and with a good dose of ibuprofen) I was feeling back to normal.
